- Cancellations MUST be notified via email: reservations@laleonawaterfall.cr
- Children over 10 years old pay full price. Infants no charge. All children under 4 years old are considered infants.
- Tours cancelled by La Leona Waterfall CR due unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled. If reschedule is not possible at all because of the weather you will receive a 100% refund.
- There are no refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of packages or not shows.
- Tour re-scheduling must be requested at least 36 hours in advance. If rescheduling is requested with less than 36 hours of scheduled tour, the total cost of the tour will have to be paid again.
Self-Drive
You must cancel 24 hrs before the star of the tour to get a full refund.
Tour with transportation included
You must cancel 48 hrs before the pickup time in order to get a full refund. Less than 48 hrs – the deposit will not refunded.
